Nu-Lax is an Australian-owned and made company that has specialised in developing gut health support products for over 80 years. Its idea was conceived by Charles Algie, who was a proprietor of a health food shop back in 1937. His then customers hinted that they needed support with their ‘irregularity’. Using his knowledge of herbs, fruits, and their chemical properties, Charles created a formula that was designed to support relief from constipation.

As the demand of the all-natural and great-tasting mixture Charles created kept increasing, it was time for him to go for mass production. That’s when Nu-Lax was officially born in 1944. Ever since, Nu-Lax natural laxatives and Nu-Lax fruit laxatives are supporting the gut health of Australians of all ages.
