Dosage

• Starting dose: 2 tablets, twice daily until symptoms improve
• Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets per day
• Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner

Instructions:

• Ideally, take the Harmony Menopause tablets first thing in the morning.
• It can be taken at any time of the day.
• If you are on a starting dose, it’s best to take two tablets in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast and two tablets 30 minutes before dinner.
• It can be taken with warm water or juice (easier to digest) and on an empty stomach.
